It covers many Wemyss, Weymes families from Ireland, Scotland, England, America, and Canada and wherever possible gives details of individuals lives and their historical setting. This all started in 1900 when my Grandfather PJ Weymes was told he might have a claim to the Scottish title Baronet of Bogie. Unfortunately, PJ Weymes was unable to prove who the father of his ancestor Sir Patrick Wemyss of Kilkenny was and so the title went to an American instead. In 2020, after 30 years of research, I eventually managed to find the missing link.
