by Scott Thomas (Contribution by), Jesse Frazier (Contribution by), Lawrence Edward Jr. Smith (Author)

The purpose of this guidebook is to give the pastor a bit of a foundational structure to assist those who have responded to their call to the ministry. Ideally, the guidebook will confirm the candidate's strengths while aiding in reinforcing areas that are more challenging. It is my prayer that this will be of help in both the pastor and the ministerial candidate confirm their role in the body of Christ so that God will get the glory and honor in everything.
